Zoo Med ReptiBark is small bits of bark from fir trees. It can be used as a bedding or substrate on its own, blended with other substrates or used as a top dressing. ReptiBark is great for many different reptiles, small animals and even for some plants.
You can use ReptiBark to make an Orchid Potting Mix, an Aroid Potting Mix or a Hoya Potting mix. By mixing various ratios and combinations of ReptiBark (Fir bark), BioChar (Horticultural Charcoal), Tuface, Perlite, Eco Earth Coconut Fiber (Coco Choir) and some Sphagnum Moss you can create a suitable potting mix tailored to your individuals plant’s needs.
