Description
Due to the excess shipping traffic, and shipping delays surrounding the holidays we are suspending shipping of all orders with Live Goods on them until January 3rd 2022.
This includes all orders with Fruit Flies, Springtails, Isopods, Bromeliads and other live plants, etc. All orders placed with these items on them will be shipped on Jan 3rd. PROVIDED you have selected a shipping option UNDER 3 days. Heat packs are only effective for this time, and they cannot account for any shipping delays.
Any orders that do NOT include live goods will ship out immediately.
Exceptions will be made for orders shipping to Edmonton, Calgary, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and nearby surrounding areas, when selecting expedite or express shipping options. This is a 1 day shipping option, and we will upgrade the heat pack to a 72 hour pack at no addition cost.
