The Monkey Pot originates from the Lecythis elliptica, a large nut producing tree found in the Chocó and Amazon rainforests of South America. This species is closely related to the tree that produces the Ourico Pods.
The Mini Monkey Pots averages 4-7cm (2″) in diameter. However, due to the nature of this product there will be natural variation in size and color of each pot. Check our 5″ Monkey Pots if you need them a bit larger
