When you order your Digital Gift Card, our website will email your loved one on the EXACT day you wish the funds to arrive. Fine Print Regarding our Digital Gift Cards
This gift card is digital only, we will not issue a physical card at this time. Please note that our goods are only available to be shipped within Canada. Do Not order this card for people living outside of Canada. You must be logged in as a used to purchase and/or redeem Digital Gift Cards. The funds are ONLY redeemable for product available on our website that you can add to your cart. (Our Frogs and many plants are not currently available to add to cart) Digital gift cards are only valid for new purchases, and cannot be redeemed on old orders. The cards are not currently configured for use in person, at trade shows or on items that are not able to add to your cart. Digital Gift cards are not transferable to anyone other than the intended receiver. Please do not attempt to sell or purchase gift cards, as they will NOT be honoured. We are not responsible for lost codes, or incorrectly typed email recipients.
Refunds are only available for 30 days from date of original purchase, and must be requested by the person purchasing the card. Refunds will be sent only to the person that purchased the digital card via the same means they paid for it originally.
